Local cycling information

If you are you looking for someone who knows the best cycle routes in Shropshire or someone to cycle with then contact the Local Member Group of the Cyclists’ Touring Club, the UK’s national cyclists’ organisation.

The CTC has active groups that lead rides in the glorious countryside of Shropshire, from the “plains” of the North to the hills of the South and the Marches of the West, via the World Heritage Site that is the Ironbridge Gorge.

Shropshire is a popular place for cyclists and Piggery cottage is an ideal base from which to explore the local area.

For those without bikes but who fancy a ride out bikes are available to borrow by arrangement.
